ARC Project or Art for Resilient Communities Project is an art-based community development project that aims to strengthen disaster resilience in vulnerable communities in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand. It is a colaboration with Boyet Torres, Gilang Damar Setiadi, and Salikhain Kolektib. For this project, Lumbres continued his 3D mapping practice and incorporated it in the larger umbrella project of ARC.
